Delivering Two Complex Development Sites Across Southern California
Cliffhaven Development partnered with PM Design to manage two commercial development sites in Southern California. In Santa Ana, PM Design took over a stalled project–a one-acre site encompassing a 3,500 sq. ft. shell building and a remodel of an existing 1,700 sq. ft. structure–completing the work on schedule and within budget from project takeover in January 2018 through opening in October 2019.
In San Bernardino, PM Design delivered a shell building divided between a Starbucks tenancy and an additional leased space, completing the site in spring 2020. Across both projects, PM Design managed full schematic design, entitlements, conditional use permits, construction documents, construction administration, and all outside services.
