H&M partnered with PM Design across 10 store projects, including a 43,000 square foot two-story flagship location in Irvine, California. The flagship required all the components of a full H&M store experience, delivered under a tight timeline with construction completing in just over three months.
With intimate knowledge of the H&M prototype, PM Design managed architecture and engineering services, outside consultants, as-built surveys, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration–mobilizing quickly and keeping the program on schedule from start to completion.
