Supporting Growth and Brand Evolution Across a Nationwide Retail Program
Victoria’s Secret & Co. partnered with PM Design to support several concurrent growth initiatives, including 75 tenant improvements and nationwide conversion and rollout programs. The client needed a reliable architecture and engineering partner capable of managing multiple program types simultaneously while maintaining brand standards across every location.
Among the programs PM Design supported was a storefront refresh designed to modernize the customer entry experience. The scope included new light fixtures and branded furnishings at store entrances, intended to draw customers in and highlight new product. PM Design rolled out the program to 112 stores across the West Coast in three weeks, delivering on an aggressive timeline without compromising quality or consistency.
