Our work with KMM Group was a two-story adaptive reuse project including 20,000 sq. ft. of office space and 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and included lot of HVAC and electrical work. This project was split into phases: demo, building envelope (including partial demo and reconstruction), and interior fit up.
