CST Brands partnered with PM Design to support their growth program across Arizona and Texas, encompassing 35 ground-up and remodel projects for Corner Store locations and fuel canopies. The program required consistent prototype management, multi-jurisdictional entitlements, and full-service project delivery across two states.
PM Design managed the full scope from preliminary site layouts and site development reports through entitlements, construction documents, permitting, wet and dry utility services, bid administration, and construction administration. Our team coordinated directly with the client and developers on site procurement, maintained prototype site and building design standards, and navigated the jurisdictional requirements of each location to keep the program moving efficiently from start to completion.
