Supporting Restaurant Evolution Through New Builds, Conversions, and Emerging Concepts
PM Design supported Buffalo Wild Wings through a combination of ground-up development and tenant improvement projects, completing 20 locations as the brand evolved its restaurant formats and customer experience. Working alongside our contractor partner, our teams provided architecture and engineering services that helped bring new concepts to market while maintaining alignment with brand standards and operational goals.
As Buffalo Wild Wings introduced its new stadia prototype, PM Design supported both ground-up development and conversion projects designed to modernize existing locations. While the prototype reflected the brand’s vision for the customer experience, local jurisdictions often required modifications.
PM Design worked closely with both the client and local jurisdictions to navigate these challenges, helping maintain the integrity of the brand while incorporating required adaptations. Through proactive coordination and close collaboration with our contractor partner, the team successfully converted existing locations to the new prototype faster than any other team participating in the Buffalo Wild Wings conversion program.
Several years later, PM Design also supported the rollout of BWW GO, supporting locations in Washington. Designed to support off-premise dining, takeout, and delivery-focused operations, the GO concept represented another evolution of the brand and required the same attention to efficient execution and local implementation.
