We worked with our partners and Blue Ravine Animal Hospital to turn a former restaurant into a 8,500 sq. ft. veterinary clinic. The team was able to reuse many of the design elements and finishes from the restaurant—a cost-effective approach that still allowed for the substantive tenant improvements that the veterinarian needed.
