Healthcare Realty Services, Inc. partnered with PM Design to manage office finish-outs across their Texas medical office portfolio–spanning dental, medical, asthma, allergy, physical therapy, and other healthcare services across 79+ locations and growing.
In 2019, one of their Dallas properties took a direct hit from a tornado, affecting approximately half of the building’s offices. PM Design quickly mobilized to support recovery efforts, conducting a damage assessment survey, producing construction documents, and managing permitting and construction administration to restore the building and get medical offices operational as quickly as possible.
PM Design manages site surveys, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration across the portfolio, procuring and managing outside services to keep the program running efficiently.
