Comerica Bank partnered with PM Design to manage a refurbishment and relocation program across aging branch locations in Arizona and California. Most locations were approaching their tenth year of use and required finish enhancements, infrastructure repairs, and technology upgrades. Relocation sites were typically grey or vanilla shell conditions, requiring complete build-outs from the ground up.
Coordinating Refurbishments and Relocations
PM Design managed the full scope across every location–resolving interior layout challenges, improving customer flow, and coordinating directly with Comerica’s IT and security teams on technology integrations. With a regional office presence, PM Design provided expedited permitting and rapid site turnaround, keeping the program moving efficiently across both markets.
