Successful restaurant expansion requires more than repeatable designs. PM Design serves as Raising Cane’s prototype architect, maintaining and evolving prototype standards while supporting rollout teams, partner architects, and stakeholders nationwide. As the brand expands, we help ensure that new locations remain aligned with operational goals, customer experience
expectations, and brand standards. Through structured version control, prototype refinement, and coordinated rollout support, we provide the foundation for consistent execution across hundreds of locations.
At the same time, not every project fits neatly within a standard prototype. PM Design has supported several high-profile and specialty Raising Cane’s locations including a flagship location on the Las Vegas Strip, a collaboration location with Post Malone, and a one in the Baxter Building in downtown Nashville. Each project presented unique design, operational, and jurisdictional considerations while remaining connected to the broader Raising Cane’s brand experience.
